I know our team and the company have reached out to you no less than 4 times over the last 2 years about the need for you to replace your roof after we paid your claim in 2022. You may not be aware of the current Homeowners insurance marketplace and the 3rd year in a row of significant hail claims for the industry which has made it difficult for customers to find insurance if their homes have roofs that show wear and/or have known damage that is unrepaired. It is very common for Companies to non-renew when repairs have not been done in a timely period.
